Last day of orientation

Today was the last day of Orientation and it was sort of optional so not everyone stayed for the entire thing. A whole group of us walked to the La Pietra campus. It took around 35 minutes and we didnt get lost at all :). A group of us walked to campus on Thursday also but a lot more people joined us today because today was the first really nice day of our stay in Florence. Most days it either rained or drizzled but today we had clear blue skies and it wasn't too cold. So hopefully the weather will continue to get even nicer and soon it won't be freezing in our apartment anymore. Once at campus Laura S and I went to the Community Service meeting while everyone else to a safety panel Q&A. Laura and I were both really excited to learn that our desired community service has unlimited openings and we will most probably be able to become a tour guide for churches which we are both really excited for. After that Laura and I went to the safety panel Q&A and most everyone else walked back to town to get ready for shabbos and do some shopping etc. We hung around campus for a bit more, signed up for a red bus tour around Florence for Sunday and a trip to Lucca the following Sunday. So stay tuned to learn about those events!! Anyways, Shabbos is about to start and I still need to finish getting ready. - until next time, arrivederci!!
